Paula and the whole staff at Kisselback Ford went out of there way to make me feel welcome and showed wonderful patience in helping with my questions and insuring I had an understanding of the different features on my new car (Rachel Rutledge assisted in researching some of my questions - she was very thorough!). Duane Norman was expecially helpful in demonstrating the different features of the SYNC system (you could tell he enjoyed talking about the great features of the system!). I first visited Kisselback with a general inquiry about used trucks, when I met Paula. Paula then proceeded to show her inventory of used trucks, of which none of them I liked. Which I did like. However, the price did not fit my budget. So Paula, took the couple requirements I had and found a truck that matched my budget. I appreciated that it was almost a month from the initial time I came in to the time I bought, the attentiveness she displayed. I never felt rushed, but still felt in contact. We all know buying a vehicle is not something anyone looks forward to when you have to sit there for hours upon hours trying to get the sales team to hear what you're willing to pay for the vehicle and looks forward to when you have to sit there for hours upon hours trying to get the sales team to hear what you're willing to pay for the vehicle and having to fight and fight to get anywhere close to what you want, and then have to fight more with the finance team. Well, at Kisselback Ford, it was such a complete opposite experience. We had researched their inventory online and knew exactly what we wanted. Rachel Rutledge greeted my husband and had him on his test drive right away. He called me to come down with our 3 kids to get the paperwork going. Rachel was so friendly, giving you that small-town feel that we have in St. Cloud. She got coffee for my husband, bottled water for me, and even fixed my 3 boys hot chocolate while Mike Reilly worked on our paperwork. Before we knew it, we were signing all of the papers and getting the keys, all at the price we wanted with only pushing back twice on any dollar figures (once for the trade-in value of our truck and once for the final monthly payment). It truly was a GREAT experience. I would definitely recommend Kisselback Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

I knew the vehicle I was interested in and the price range I was willing to pay. I was able to take the vehicle on an extended test drive to show my husband the car as he was at work, and they made sure I had enough gas to get there and back. They were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of our questions. Each of them actually shook our hands and Thanked us several times for purchasing our car thru them. It makes the entire process so much more pleasant when you're not being pressured into purchasing something so important. The business manager, Mike Reilly was able to explain all the paperwork one must sign when purchasing a vehicle and was very friendly while doing so. He didn't sound like a broken record that really didn't care. What an absolutely great experience and we would recommend Kisselback Ford to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, whether new or used. We test drove an 09 that was in great condition and decided that it would work for our needs. Duane Norman really crunched the numbers to get us to where we wanted to be since these days you have to be careful and follow your budget in order to be able to make things all work together and pay your bills. He did a great job. Mike Reilly did a fine job of getting us signed out and ready to go. The nicest thing that my wife and I enjoyed was the fact that all the sales team and managers came out and wished us good luck with our new purchase, even Mr. Kissleback shook our hands, nice touch. Paul showed us all the features and settings that our Flex had and we left with a smile and confident feeling that we got a great deal and were very pleased. Made an appointment from 12 until 8 pm. I got there at 2:pm.We looked at car's in my price range.Then along can Jerry the sales Manager. Then there were three head's working on the best deal for me. It can down that a new car I told them that the best car for me was one with a blue Oval would be best for me.I traded a 2006 Ford fusion 176643 miles It was good for me.Only had 400.00 in repair's other then regular maintance.Then there was Mike the finance Manager.He was a great help.Then I met billy Kisselback but didnot know that he was there like another person.I got grat help and service would I refer everybody to Kisselback YES.
