I leased a 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid. My sales person Rachel was very knowledgeable and helpful. I met her at the dealership about 3 weeks ageo, before any new Fusion Hybrids were delivered. She called me as promised, when the first one arrived at the dealership. Two days after the call I met with her at the dealership. After some negotiating with Kim Hilley the assistant manager and with Rachel's help I was able to strike a deal. Mike Lesch the finance manager was also very helpful. I traded in a 2011 Fusion Hybrid which I had purchased at the Poffenbaugh Ford the previous owner of the dealership. I have used the service department when it was under the old ownership as well as under the new ownership and have been very satisfied. I live in St. Cloud and the convenience of the dealership is very important to me. More

I had walked in with a particular vehicle in mind, and from the time I set foot inside the dealership, to the time I drove out delight to work with! I am beyond highly disappointed by the service and experienced I received at Kisselback Ford. The employees, Dion, Randy and Cheri, I encountered were not only rude and disrespectful but also have po experienced I received at Kisselback Ford. I brought my car into the dealership and paid for a service to be completed, however nothing was accomplished. I tried to bring my car back to Kisselback Ford but was denied service. I was told if I did not pick my car up the same day, my car out on the street. For this and also multiple other reasons I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Dion, Randy and Cheri need to learn how to adjust their attitudes to treat customers with more respect and take responsibility for their lack of ability to provide good service. More

My husband and I have been in contact with a few dealerships about the vehicle and price we needed it to be along with what kind of trade we had to offer. For me, the main thing is not to be pushy and that Paula was not, but did keep in contact with us through email and every now and then by phone if she thought the best vehicle was found. Everyone at Kisselback Ford was friendly, the atmosphere was perfect, I loved it. I would also like to thank Tonia Wheeler because while we were pleasantly signing paperwork with Mike Lesch, she played and entertained our 21 month old twins! We originally went to Kisselback just to look at some suv's (Edge) and prices Paula led us to a vehicle that was well within our budget and means.
