Best Salesperson Rodney Cruz is an excellent sales person. He was wonderful during our test drive (I like for a test ride to be quite so I can hear how the car sounds Rodney Cruz is an excellent sales person. Sincere, helpful and friendly. Then when I was disappoint in a detail Rodney went above and beyond. Coming to get my car and having no one to do the detail he did it himself and it looked a 100 times better than the detailers did and returned it to me for inspection. I have been a fan of Kisselback Ford since it began - but now..... I think it is the best dealership in the world. Staff is so incredibly wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in all ways you could imagine. Thank you Rodney for making the purchase of my first new car even more special. Best car buying experience EVER! I cannot speak highly enough of the staff I met at Kisselback, My salesperson was Debbie Delgado and Sales Manager was Duane Norman. I also met Tammy I cannot speak highly enough of the staff I met at Kisselback, My salesperson was Debbie Delgado and Sales Manager was Duane Norman. I also met Tammy in the Finance office and another gentleman whose name I didn't catch. All were absolutely charming -nothing seemed too much trouble to them and Duane went above and beyond - even arranging a hitch to be installed for me next week. I was 1st greeted by Mike Kisselback Ford is a great dealership of your looking to buy new or used vehicles. I myself was looking for a used vehicle. I was 1st greeted by Mike over in the used lot. He was very friendly and helped me out. I then went into the main dealership where upon walking up to the door I was greeted with a Big smile and a warm "Hello, how are you today?" by Debbie. I then got the pleasure to work with Kim Hilley and she made my whole experience a dream. I was able to get the car I always wanted with her and Kisselback Fords help. I highly recommend Kim and the rest of Kisselback Fords team. My girlfriend is going to soon be looking for a vehicle and we are not going anywhere but to KISSELBACK FORD!!! More

Caution: Dealer can't be trusted to perform agreed work. Beware of Kisselback Ford! They have proven themselves to be untrustworthy. I purchased a used truck from Kisselback Ford and negotiated for a tow hi Beware of Kisselback Ford! They have proven themselves to be untrustworthy. I purchased a used truck from Kisselback Ford and negotiated for a tow hitch to be added to the final agreement. The hitch was installed with a wire assembly attached. Everything looked great until I went to use the hitch. It turned out the wiring was incorrectly installed causing the running lights to come on when the brakes were applied but no brake lights came on. It also blew the brake light fuse in the truck causing the automatic transmission to lock in ‘park’. Obviously a problem. Any customer would assume that the hitch and wiring would be done correctly. Everyone perhaps except Kisselback Ford. Though it was past the ‘warranty’ period for used vehicles, there is an expectation by the customer that the work was done correctly in the first place, which it was not. They even admit it was not done correctly. But Kisselback has refused to correct the problem and now a former customer is warning others to avoid Kisselback Ford as you might receive the same level of service. #1 tip of the day? Kisselback Ford cannot be trusted. More
