Everyone is so nice and friendly from the moment you walk in. They honestly just want to help you and never pushed a sale. I had to special order my 2018 F-150 becuase I wanted a 6.5 foot bed with a supercrew. Duane was amazing. Throughout the whole process he answered all my questions and kept me update with every step in the ordering process. Duane even sent me a picture of my truck as soon as it was delivered! Additional accessories (floor mats, bed mat, window tint, leveling kit) were all reasonably priced and ordered in advance to my trucks delivery date. Because of that, I was able to drive my new truck the day after my vehicle was delivered to Kisselback. I 100% recommend Kissleback Ford to anyone and will be back to update the lease for our other vehicle in a couple of months. More

From the time we walked through the doors and until we left, Jack Pate was very helpful and professional (especially the way he interacted with our 16 year old daughter). Jack asked her what she was interested in and recommended a 2014 Ford Focus. It was exactly what our daughter was looking for. We were there at least 90 minutes and Jack never pushed the sale on us. We don’t like pushy car salesmen and felt very at ease with Jack. We actually left without buying the car and checked out a couple of other vehicles. Two days later we returned and purchased the car. Our daughter is a happy owner of a 2014 Ford Focus thanks to a outstanding salesman and dealership. Thanks Jack and the rest of the support staff at Kisselback Ford. More

DO NOT USE THIS DEALER OR BUY A FORD. Their service department is atrocious. They do a completely incompetent job and do not back up their work. The engine on m THIS DEALER OR BUY A FORD. Their service department is atrocious. They do a completely incompetent job and do not back up their work. The engine on my 2016 Fusion blew after only 20K miles. Kisselback claimed the original oil filter was still on the car. That part is the fault of a 3rd party mechanic. My car, however, had been in their dealership for a check engine light 5 months earlier where they also claimed to have conducted a "multi-point" inspection of the vehicle prior to servicing the engine. Had they ACTUALLY done that they would have seen the original oil filter was still on the car then before the engine blew. Instead they said that they don't check the oil filter during their "multi-point" inspection even when a car is brought in for an engine issue. Seems like a basic check that SHOULD be conducted to me, especially when you claim to have completed a "multi-point" inspection. They refused to honor the warranty or even absorb partial responsibility for the failure in their thoroughness. They are dishonest and full of excuses. If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS DEALER OR BUY A FORD!! More
