David worked with my mom and I and kept us both informed throughout the whole process to make sure we were getting everything that we asked for and wanted. We looked at a couple options, she even brought two other vehicle options to consider. There was absolutely No Pressure! We made our decision, a 2018 Transit Connect XLT! Everyone at Kisselback Ford "thanked us" for the purchase, gave us "cleaning supplies" to maintain our new Transit!
