I made a long distance purchase since I live 228 miles away from the dealership in Miami, he took me by the hand walked me through the procedure and answered every one of my questions and made me confident of my purchase sight unseen. Furthermore held the vehicle over the week end without a deposit from me until I was able to drive up and make the purchase I can't say enough about him and the dealership. It is obvious that this is a culture that permeates the entire dealership from the top down Mr. Kisselb ack was a delightful owner that made sure that his people behaved this way. To say that Ms. Tammy Walters is a delightful star is an actual understatement she made the paperwork part of the purchase an enjoyable experience 4 months ago I purchased a BMW and it took me 4.5 hours for the paperwork it was like pulling teeth, on the other side of the spectrum Ms. Walters had us in and out in approximately 30 to 40 minutes was friendly, efficient a true professional on what is always a tiresome procedure, she made fun, quick and informative she is a real jewel. Awesome Expedition test drive I had met Mr. Ray Cabral at the Central Florida Auto Show on Thanksgiving day while in line to test drive the reborn Ford Ranger. Ray mentioned I cou I had met Mr. Ray Cabral at the Central Florida Auto Show on Thanksgiving day while in line to test drive the reborn Ford Ranger. Ray mentioned I could test drive the new Expedition for 24 hours and get a $100 gift card. A couple of weeks later I called him on the phone and scheduled my visit. The Expedition was ready when I arrived. It even had a full tank of gas. It performed very well and it gives great mileage. This test drive was the only reason I visited this Ford dealership. It is out of my way big time. I met a very courteous and friendly staff. I realize now they are not very far from the Orlando International airport and Lake Nona. I would recommend this dealership to anyone buying a car. They are family owned and are not pushy. Thank you Ray and your staff for a great experience. More
