We had spoke over the phone and through text messages for a couple of weeks prior. David was able to get my credit approval, price my trade, and work out all the details. There was a moment when the deal almost fell through due to a disagreement over extended warranty, but he worked with me to make it right and we made a deal that we both could agree on. In the end I got a really nice, very unique truck at a good price and since David Q worked out the details before I arrived we were in and out in about an hour. More
