i have bought a variety of cars at different Dealers over the years. The experience dealing with Robert was the very best ever. He then drove me to the dealership so I could buy a car. I had originally bought a Rio and then decided to see the Soul. He showed me the one on display and asked me if I like green. I told him I did but my favorite was red. He said he had one that had just came in and it was in the back but had not been detailed yet. He drove us in the back and proceeds to remove the entire plastic wrap that was covering the car. He was patient showing me all the pos of the car and told me to come back whenever I had any questions. He programmed my cell phone to the Bluetooth so I could used that feature before I left the dealership. He was cordial, informative and said he loved his job as a salesperson at Kia. I recently had a fender bender with my vehicle. My insurance adjuster referred me to the auto body dept at Kirby. I was helped by Mr Bert Rodriguez. Also wanted to extend my gratitude to the technicians who did the work on my car which entailed replacing a back fender, replacing a rear latch cover, fixing a dent then painting and pin striping. Really great work. I am very happy. The result was much better than I expected. Alex Koulakoff was a great help to us while we were undecided about the different models. He was well informed and honest about each models' pros and cons. Once we decided what we wanted, there was an issue on not being able to find the model in the color white. Alex was determined to find one, or to do whatever it took to get one. He kept in contact with us, keeping us in the loop with the process. He let us know that by the end of August, he would be getting one, and to our surprise one came in even earlier than we expected. He called us on Friday to let us know, we drove off with the car we wanted in the color we wanted by Saturday mid day. I am very happy with the fact that Alex could have pushed a different color on us, or just not made the effort to get one in. (Simi Valley Kia didn't want to work with us if they didn't have the car we wanted already on the lot. very disappointed in that dealership. They were rude on the phone) Alex was polite and very professional throughout the entire process and he is for sure a salesman I will recommend to anyone looking for a KIa.
