Like most buyers, I dreaded the visit to the dealer due to previous "vulture vs. fresh meat" experiences. This was not the case in our visit/purchase with the folks at Kings Fiat. Adam, our sales person was very pleasant and was not overbearing and pushy. Was straight forward in his approach and treated us with respect and allowed us all the time and room we needed to make a decision with the purchase of the vehicle. The negotiations was also straight forward and didn't come down to the "good guy/bad guy" or "let me introduce you to my sales manager" pitch. The finance process was also straight forward and pleasant. The bottom line.....Great Service, Great Experience and best of all Great Price for a very nice car. Initially found the car on their web site and found the ad to be spot on for vehicle we purchased. I would have rated the dealership 5 across the board, except for the fact that the car (used) was not fully cleaned or detailed prior to arrival and even after purchase....car was sent for clean-up and that consisted of basically being driven through a car wash while the inside still showed no difference in cleaning from the way we first found vehicle. Would highly recommend this dealer and appreciate being treated the way we were and made for a pleasant experience. Keep up the great work!!! More

Joe had walked out early and asked how he may help us. We looked at a used car, and said we would like to take it for a spin. When we went back after dad had seen the car, we were welcomed to sit down and start the process. I took over and signed papers. We were hungry and wanted us to take the car with us. However we left the car at the dealer, and came back and the process resumes. I walked out of the sales department a happy customer. The salesmen were very friendly and never pushy to buy something I didn't want. Will come back! More

Diann, Josh, and the rest of the service team are outstanding. My first meeting with Diann was due to an emergency situation, sidewall tear in my tire, leaving me stranded. Diann stepped in with a "I can't have a FIAT driver off the road for the weekend!" and pulled a tire from one of her inventory cars and got me on my way. Since then, I've returned to Kings for all my servicing - not just my 500, but all my vehicles. I had a bit of trouble with some servicing for my wife's Honda and took it to Diann for a second opinion. She eliminated some unnecessary repairs and cut my estimate from the the other dealer down to more than half off, and it was faster and more convenient. Diann and Josh always get me scheduled, work done, and out the door in no time, no fuss, no muss - just the way it should be. Highly recommended without reservation. More
