I would absolutely without a doubt not recommend this dealership, or ever work with them again. I purchased a used car from them (2008 Buick Enclave) last month. The sales process while purchasing the car went great, it was easy, painless and an overall good experience. I even commented to friends and family on what a positive experience the dealership had provided. However, after I signed the paperwork and left that day, the experience turned into nothing but a headache. When I purchased the car, there were no floor mats. Dave assured me that he would get a new set ordered from BUICK, and they would be in later in the week, by Thursday at the latest. Now, 2.5 weeks (or nineteen days later), after multiple calls to my sales rep, "Dave", and several trips to the dealership, my floor mats arrived. Or so I was led to believe. After scheduling time out of my day at work to get to the dealership again, I was once again let down. I was given floor mats that don't fit the car I purchased, and even appear to be used. But that is just the tip of the iceberg. Two days (and less than 48 hours) after my purchase, I called Dave to promptly address a few issues with the car. I told him that since I still had a day to return the call, I wanted to make sure we could address and resolve these items to eliminate any drastic measures. I wanted piece-of-mind that the 30k I spent on this car was a solid purchase, and that the "inspections" which had been performed were accurate. Dave explained that he would put these issues in writing for the service department, and call me later that day for next steps. But Dave didn't call . . . and when I finally got Dave on the phone three days later, he said I was unable to make a service appointment without him checking and authorizing the issues beforehand, as a company policy. Now, almost 3 weeks after I purchased my car the issues haven't been addressed or remedied. I will absolutely never again go to Dave or anyone in this dealership and I would tell anyone else who is considering them to be leery. More
I'm not sure of the other person's review but I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. Everyone that works there are exceptionally nice, always helpful, and they go out of their way nothing but good things to say about this dealership. Horrible experience, increased prices of options at the point of sale and then sneaked and added a $895 undercoating to the contract when all we wanted was a scotch guard application on the convertible roo point of sale and then sneaked and added a $895 undercoating to the contract when all we wanted was a scotch guard application on the convertible roof. 1980's sleaze tactics alive and well at Kings Fiat. Salesperson was rude and nasty and actually boasted about raking us thru the coals. Actually told me that the $800 they make from Fiat was not enough profit and he needed to make more on the deal since I had accessories installed that needed to be coordinated with their service department. Pathetic attitude. We had called to cancel the undercoating scam and they would not respond to multiple phone calls and emails for over 3 days until after the vehicle had already been sprayed. We're going to have to involve Fiat Corporate headquarters to bring a resolution since the dealership absolutely refuses to come to any kind of reasonable compromise. I will probably need to have the vehicle inspected by another dealer because my wife and myself do not trust the sales person whatsoever. All told, they took us for over $1500 of unwanted services and last minute price increases, some not even mentioned to us. Steer far, far away from this place. More
