These guys are some of the worst people to deal with in town. I tried to buy a new Abarth from them and they wouldn't even take off the snake oil paint sealant they had stickered on the window. They wanted town. I tried to buy a new Abarth from them and they wouldn't even take off the snake oil paint sealant they had stickered on the window. They wanted $800 for something you can put on in your driveway for $15. The salesperson was aggressive and frankly, rude. I went south from town and bought one with no add-ons and for $1000 off of MSRP. I would advise shopping around before you buy. These guys also have hours that are not the most customer friendly. I called the evening before I came in and spoke with Joe. Joe met me as soon as I walked in the door and showed me the vehicles, but I saw a breast cancer limited edition model and that was the ONE. It was a Lounge style with a sun roof, selling for the price of a Sport (which was the price I was interested in) so a great price. We discussed lease and purchase but with 0% interest that was looking like the way to go. I was driving my 2009 VW Eos and I decided to let Jason take it for a spin and see if they could give me a good trade in. I was expecting to have to hassle with selling it out right in order to get the price I needed for it. However, Jason offered me a price I couldn't refuse and saved me all the work. I also had a vanity plate on my Eos that they offered to switch over to the new Fiat and that made me very happy. I was there almost 3 hours, but we had a good time and it was an enjoyable experience. If you are interested in buying/leasing a Fiat, this is the place to go!! More
We went in to look at the new Abarth Fiat. Test drove that car, they recommended driving Fiat Sport for comparison. Asked what we liked and disliked about each model. Walked around lot and showed us mo that car, they recommended driving Fiat Sport for comparison. Asked what we liked and disliked about each model. Walked around lot and showed us models, colors and options available. Asked what we needed. If their were concerns, asked what would make it better. We never felt pressured or rushed. We asked for an estimate of the trade-in value of our car and were surprised that we weren't low-balled. They worked with us on the price of the car and the trade value and gave us a great deal. More

Even though the vehicle was not the one for us, we will continue our search with Dave, as he was honest, upfront and very pleasant to work with. More

He was extremly knowlegable about the vehicle and professional with making sure we explored all our options to help us make a choice that was perfect for us and our needs. He was able to get us a great deal and what we believe to be a great amount on our trade in. He was so friendly and never made us feel pressured which for me was a great change of pace compared to many other dealers we have been involved with in the past. I would recommend Dave Evans at Kings Fiat to anyone I know in need of purchasing a vehicle. Oh and must say how great our Malibu is we love it and would have never even considered looking at one without Daves knowledge and guidence. This is why we gave the great ratings across the board. Couldn't have been more pleased. More

Very frustrating dealership. I found a truck 3 car lots away from this one that I like but FIAT had one I liked a little better. I stopped to just look at it and told Dave what I was going to pay for the t away from this one that I like but FIAT had one I liked a little better. I stopped to just look at it and told Dave what I was going to pay for the truck 2 car lots over. He reeled me in by saying he could he could get me the same price on the truck there. After completing paperwork, test driving, etc... He says he has to get the price approved with his manager, he comes back and tries to tell me all of the things better about the truck on his lot vs. the truck at the other lot. Then tells me that he can't make that price. He says were close and then tells me it's 2,000 more than the other truck. He couldn't tell me anything about the factory warranty on the truck and said he would need to make some calls to find out. I almost laughed when he was trying to give the better option on his truck. He was having issues coming up with things so he then starts making things up like the truck has moon roof, I correct him on that, it did not. He then says it has heated leather seats, I let that one go but it didn't. I had just test drove it and went through every option in the truck. Just knowing that he was making that stuff up, I didn't want the truck so at that point, I got up and left. After reading others reviews here, I am glad I chose not to purchase there anyway. More
I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer. Not until AFTER all paperwork was signed and the deal was finalizzed was I informed the vehicle I bought had ONE key and no owners manual. At that point AFTER AFTER all paperwork was signed and the deal was finalizzed was I informed the vehicle I bought had ONE key and no owners manual. At that point AFTER the price was finalized they nonchalantly said I could "just go to the Chrysler dealer and have a key made". Sure I could. For $250! They then "graciously" would give it to me "at cost" for $200! Then less than two weeks later, I start getting check engine warnings. After having the code checked, the Pep Boys mechanic said it was probaly an existing condition and the code had been reset. The Sales Manager is unwilling to help and the General Manager will not return my calls. I would think that a new dealer selling cars from a brand with a bad reputation in the United States [Fiat -"Fix It Again Tony"] trying to make a comeback in this country would take a more proactive approach to customer service. If they do anything to correct this, I wil retract this rating and repost a better rating. As a long time MINI Cooper owner, I never had as frustrating experience at Cincinati MINI who always seemd to put the customer and customer service first. Mr Pitman, the ball is in your court. This is your chance to either shine with customer service or fall on your face. Which one do you choose? More
