As discussed, due to our high volume, our loaner vehicles we are typically booked out about 2 weeks. We do our best to accommodate our customers with our availability. As per General Motors guidelines, we’re unable to schedule appointments with loaner vehicles unless the vehicle will be down for 24 hours with a mechanical issue. Hi Tony - We are confused by your comments. Our records indicate that we spoke with you on at least 14 different occasions while your vehicle was being repaired. During the repair we diagnosed that it was necessary to replace your transmission with a brand new one. We did need to get authorization from General Motors to cover the cost of the transmission & installation to eliminate any out of pocket expense for you. We were happy to accommodate you but this process can take some time as was discussed with you. You also spoke directly to myself before, during and after the repairs to your vehicle and never indicated that you were dissatisfied with our service and the service department.
