I had a good experience except for the amount time I was there. I had a 10:30 AM apt. for regular maintenance, oil change, etc., on my car and I didn't get out of there until 1:00 PM. Kia of Port Charlotte has gone above and beyond for my family and I. We purchased a Kia telluride off of Carvana that ended up having some issues, Kia of Port Charlotte was so quick to help us, they had o family and I. We purchased a Kia telluride off of Carvana that ended up having some issues, Kia of Port Charlotte was so quick to help us, they had our car towed and taken care of that same day, they were able to diagnose that it was going to be a week fix and provided us with a loaner car at no cost to us. They are the most helpful, happy people, always glad to answer any questions. I dealt with Rachel in service and she by far has made my experience free of stress and easy. I would recommend them to anyone! More
