My experience with Kia of Lincoln occured in September, 2009. I purchased a 2010 Kia Soul Sport on October 1, 2009 and couldn't be happier with Kia people or the car. My salesman was very friendly and very helpful. He understood that I was a first-time buyer and was more than willing to explain things to me and help me get what I was looking for. Facility was very clean! Rod Mills was extremely helpful and made sure our every need was met!! In looking for a vehicle, we were impressed not only with the Kia warranty, but also the large selection. Rod was very helpful in making sure we selected the right vehicle for my husbands business use as well as fitting our 5 person family. It was also nice not to be detained for a long period of time. The paperwork was easily completed and we didnt have to sit around along time. Most times when you buy vehicles it takes FOREVER to agree on a price and fill out paperwork etc...and sometimes you even have to come back, but that was not the case, everything was done professionally and courteously!! This was overall a very good experience. the greatest part of it was the lack of pressure. i have been to husker auto a couple of times and our family including myself has done business with performance part of it was the lack of pressure. i have been to husker auto a couple of times and our family including myself has done business with performance dodge numerous times and both are very pushy and do what they can to pressure you into a purchase. that was not the case at KIA of lincoln. the salesman listened to everything i had to say and did not try to pressure me into a purchase. that being said everyone has heard of the term "buyers remorse", well we did not feel any of that. infact i have never felt more safe or secure in buying a vehicle as we did buying our kia sorento. yeah id have to say we are now KIA lifers! More

My wife and I just purchased a new 2011 Sorento. Our salesperson was Tom Huff. Both he and the dealership did an outstanding job with helping us. We both were hesitant in buying a new car. Tom eased those fears the first time we met him as we were looking at vehicles in the lot. He kept things down to earth and personable. At no time did he put any pressure on us like some bigger dealerships tend to do. We found it easy to work with Tom and the dealership. They took about $100 off our monthly payments and that made us pretty happy and we drove off the lot that day in a 2008 dodge durango. I wish it had a little better gas mileage but thats ok cause it takes made us pretty happy and we drove off the lot that day in a 2008 dodge durango. I wish it had a little better gas mileage but thats ok cause it takes E85. i also wish they would have checked the vehicle over more. a week later the check engine light came on because it needs an emission test. Great service! Only complaint was that we had to wait a very long time to do the paperwork. They really worked with is us to make sure we were satisfied and had a price that we were happy with. Ty also offered to come get the car on the next business day to get a couple of things fixed that they were not able to do on sale day. Also, I had been communicating with the dealership for a couple of days prior to us coming in and that was helpful so we knew exactly what paperwork we needed with us. More
