I have been a Honda driver for over 5 years. I test drove some Honda's and decided to check out KIA of Lincoln. The minute I sat in an Optima I felt at home. The car is so comfortable and I fell very safe in some Honda's and decided to check out KIA of Lincoln. The minute I sat in an Optima I felt at home. I visited Kia of Lincoln 3 times before purchasing a vehicle. The first time Ron was helpful, knowledgable and non-pushy. We were looking at getting a new vehicle, we knew what we had to have for a monthly payment. Through the cooperation and help of KIA we were able to get a new car and have monthly payments where we wanted t had to have for a monthly payment. The warranties that were received with the new vehicle are fabulous and we are covered if anything were to go wrong for 10 years or 100,000 miles. Thanks KIA!! More
I bought a preowned Toyota Camry from Tom and Kyle. The color is exactly what I wanted. A Toyota was exactly what I wanted. There was no pressure in the sales whatsoever. These guys were seriously Awesome to work with. I visited SEVERAL dealerships, and these guys were by far the friendliest to work with and were happy working with my price range. They were super nice to my boys (3 boys 5 and under) and didn't get all freaked out when my boys were crashing around the place being boys. They got them balloons and hooked them up with Spiderman on the computer. I am so happy with my new minivan and when I'm in the market for a new one, I will definitely be going back there! THANKS! I purchased a brand new 2008 Kia Sportage in 2008. I have had problems with this vehicle about a month after I purchased it, and it's been in the shop at least once every 2 months since I purchased it for ma had problems with this vehicle about a month after I purchased it, and it's been in the shop at least once every 2 months since I purchased it for many issues. Issues with the sensors, and many small things that needed to be reset. I have taken my vehicle in for oil changes and find out that I HAVE to purchase my oil filters and change my oil according to their warrenty. If I try to do this anywhere else, any oil issues would not be covered under the warranty. After driving 32 thousand miles, the tires needed to be replaced. I then called Kia's service dept, they informed me that they do not warranty the tires. I learned later that they did not purchase tires initially, that would be covered under the bumper to bumper warranty. So I had to spend $500.00 for new ones. I could not get a good price for tires from the KIA of Lincoln, so I went accross the street and got a great price with great service, and grear tires. However my TPMS sensor light and all other lights on my dash started blinking. Once again,we called the service dept, and a lady who worked there, got real smart with my husband while he was trying to set up a time to bring it back in again. The next day, my ABS motor went out while dring my son to school. I had no breaks. Back to the shop it went. I asked them to fix my TPMS sensor as well.. One week later, the TPMS sensor is on again. I take it to the shop and they tell me since I did not purchase their tires, it would not be covered under this bumper to bumper warranty. So I take it to the place I bought the tires. He then spoke directly to the service dept. at Kia, purchased a sensor and took it to them. He showed me later that it looked identical to the part they made him purchase through them, in order for it the sensor to be reset correctly. It had the same part numbers on it as well. My tire man covered the cost for a new one and gave me the old one. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT!!! If I knew what kind of hassles I would have with this vehicle and KIA of Lincoln. I would have never purchased it or any other vehicle from this business. Buyers beware......Do your homework before you purchase a vehicle from Kia of Lincoln, they DO NOT Stand behind their promises. More
I gave Tom the criteria I wanted in my KIA, and he went right out to the lot and drove up with the PERFECT car for me! Then he worked with my father and I to put me in that car, at a rate I could afford. right out to the lot and drove up with the PERFECT car for me! I had a great experience with Kia of Lincoln. I have heard them advertised on the radio many times and decided to give it a shot. I made my first contact at 11:00 on Friday morning. After visiting the dealership that same day at 5:00, I drove off the lot with a wonderful new Kia at a payment I could afford....In fact, it was the same as the payment I was making on my old minivan. The salesperson, Tom, had the car we spoke about earlier, all ready to go when I arrived. Now I have a car I can rely on and a payment I can easily afford! Tom Huff, the person who sold me the car made the sale easy, convenient and smooth. I didn't have to sit in the dealership for hours being sold vehicles I didn't want or couldn't afford. It was a great experience and I will recommend them to anyone who asks. More
