I went to Kia of Des Moines and Ed Arnold was so very gracious and helpful. In three hours they had me behind the wheel of a 2016 Optima and down the road. Everyone was so helpful. Amazing!! I was looking on line of the Kia website in the certified pre-owned found a very nice awd Kia. I got home called Bill back and set up an appointment for Thursday Aug 4th, met Bill test drove the SUV love it!! and was approved very quickly I couldn't believe it, I'm still on cloud 9!!. Bill was very pleasant to talk to and explained everything to me I appreciate his time helping me to get in my new Kia that night, again Thanks Bill for everything everyone was so pleasant on down to the last person I was in contacted with. I was looking at the Soul as I like the looks, but had never seen the inside, or driven one. We went on a test drive, came back and put together some numbers, which was a little out of my price range for monthly payment. I told Patrick what I was looking for for payment, and we went back out and started looking at more of them that would get me in my price range. I found a color I absolutely love in the Soul wish yard, filled out the paperwork, and I drove out in my new car. I am completely impressed with how well he listens, does whatever he can to make sure you leave with the car you want, the car you can afford, and if there is anything you need to let him know. I could not be more satisfied. More

I was greeted & helped not even 30 seconds after getting out of my car. After a few hours, & looking at a few vehicles in my price range. I found what I was looking for. Patrick Grady, the salesman their at Kia was a HUGE help. He understood it was a huge step forward & gave me plenty of time to make my final decision. I left Kia with a BRAND NEW CAR at 20 years old!
