Very Helpful I had a few emails with Matt Ayala before I went to the dealership. But before I went in I got on their website to get an idea on what they would give I had a few emails with Matt Ayala before I went to the dealership. But before I went in I got on their website to get an idea on what they would give me for my trade-in (2000 Mazda 626) with over 430 thousand miles on it. When I used their tools on the website, they were on!y.going to give me $1000 for my trade-in. I needed more than that so I would have a bigger down payment. I sent Matt an email and told him that $1000 wasn't enough and that I thought they were offering $5000 no matter how old it was or what kind of shape it was in. Matt sent me back a message and told me to come in that we could discuss what I wanted. They ended up giving me more for my car and! left with a 2016 Kia Soul. Thank you Matt and every one involved. I love my Soul. More
