She is a truly honest professional I’ve been coming to Kia for over a decade now. In that span of time my service rep Yuri Sanchez has been excellent. She is a truly honest professional that explains all the work that needs to be done. She does not try to push unnecessary maintenance like other places try to do. I am truly blessed to have Yuri as my rep as i never feel like i was ‘ripped off’ when i leave Kia. As long as Yuri is employeed at Kia my next car will definitely be another Kia! More
