For me the all around service has been great on both the sales end and the service department. Kerry the service manager is extremely accommodating. I find the service department to be very fair. In fact , KOS is the only place I will bring my cars for service. I have owned several cars from Hondas to Infiniti and non have matched the service and support I get from KIA.
