Disappointed, and Frustrated My wife and I purchased a brand new 2011 Kia Optima, my wife was on her way and the engine seized up on her less than 15 miles from the dealership, th My wife and I purchased a brand new 2011 Kia Optima, my wife was on her way and the engine seized up on her less than 15 miles from the dealership, they had to come get her, they then replaced the car with a similar model. The new car ran pretty well until she hit around 53000 miles, than the turbo went, it took just under 4 weeks for this repair. Less than 3000 miles from that the engine went on the car, that was another 3 to almost 4 weeks without her car. I went to get it inspected in August 2014, didn't pass, needed a front outer tie rod end. My wife has contacted them 2 times so far to get it repaired, and they still have not gotten back to her. First of all, We will never purchase another Kia vehicle, horrible cars, horrible experience dealing with this dealer and Kia motors in general. Be very cautious when they promote the 10 year 100K warranty!!! More
