Poor service, weak management 2013 Buick Enclave. • September of 2014, I took my Buick to Keyes Woodland Hills Buick for service and mentioned the air conditioner wasn't blowing 2013 Buick Enclave. • September of 2014, I took my Buick to Keyes Woodland Hills Buick for service and mentioned the air conditioner wasn't blowing cold air. Very low miles car with only 7,827 miles. • May of 2015, I took my Buick to Keyes Woodland Hills Buick for AC not working. Very low miles car with only 11,074 miles. • February of 2016, I took my Buick to Keyes Woodland Hills Buick for the AC not working. Very low miles car with only 14713 miles. • June of 2016, I took my Buick to Keyes Woodland Hills Buick for AC not working. Very low miles car with only 16,466 miles. • October of 2017, I took my Buick to Keyes Woodland Hills Buick for AC not working. 24,432 miles. • June of 2018, I took my Buick to Keyes Woodland Hills Buick for AC not working. Very low miles car with only 28,445 miles. As you can see my car has been in their shop 6 times for the same thing. So, I was charged $1,000 for something that was not correctly fixed while under warranty. This is very unprofessional and is no way to treat a customer. They can look at the history and see that they never fixed the leak, as the car has been in the shop every year for the same issue. Believe it or not I called Buick USA and opened a case for this issue, but it comes down the dealership to make the call as to what assistance to offer. Most cars can go a lifetime with out having the AC charged and mine as been repaired 6 times under their service. This is not how you build brand loyalty or customer service. More

Way too long for way too little to be done I spent 5.5 hours on a Tuesday. I had an appointment for 8am and I showed up at 7:45. All I got was an oil change. Then they tried to charge me $85. T I spent 5.5 hours on a Tuesday. I had an appointment for 8am and I showed up at 7:45. All I got was an oil change. Then they tried to charge me $85. They didn’t realize I had unlimited oil change. The guy tells me my car is ready and it is being washed. A group of 6 employees were standing in a circle laughing and socializing for about 35 minutes. Finally the service rep seeing me still standing there comes running out (35minutes later) to talk to the guys. I hear the guys say they forgot. The rep had to get the car himself. All the while the other employees continue talking and laughing. I had my 3 year old daughter with me. They wouldn’t give me a ride home for I was just out of the service area. 5.5 hours for an oil change... I felt disrespected by the laughing employees and their laziness was very obvious. Might I also add that the service department was not busy at all for I saw 10 cars get dropped off during my tenure. More
