Great car but bad service In regards to the Cadillac I have no complaints. It works great and feels luxurious. However, the service at this dealership is a joke. It doesn’t feel like I’m leasing a luxury vehicle when I go in for service appointments, it feels like I’m at a basic dealership. The people working behind the counter DO NOT care about the customers and don’t seem to have a handle on operations. I hate having to go in and for my next car I will look elsewhere. Having had a few luxury vehicles, I can tell you this place is subpar. More
