Found a reasonable deal here and they gave us a little bit of a discount so it surpasses a better deal that I was offered , but they added a theft c Found a reasonable deal here and they gave us a little bit of a discount so it surpasses a better deal that I was offered , but they added a theft code and GAP to the price despite my disapproval, the finance guy Harry Panosian tried to get me into signing for those options and I clearly refused, but while signing the contract he just asked me to sign here and there without even scrolling the pages all the way down and I was stupid enough not to ask for a copy to read beforehand, long story short a total amount of $1300 was added and I didn’t learn it just after I got home and read the contract. Then it took me more than 2 month to cancel as I was told that he isn't in most of the times and nobody else including the manager helped me out and after spending all that time I succeeded to get 2/3 of that amount back according to the contract. I walked onto the dealership with your typical expectations from a car dealership, sleazy sales people who don't care about the customer. I found a used Chrysler 300 and fell in love with the vehicle, except the price. Ed was able to negotiate with the General Manager, Robert, and was able to give me a great deal on my vehicle.
