Solved the problem. Found the problem and the additional problem that was actually done at the factory, and fixed the problem. I appreciated looking beyond the initial problem to totally correct the issue. I had an oil leak that was leaking behind the oil pan. They dropped the pan and discovered the pan was warped a bit where it sealed. Turned out it was an extra long bolt from the transmission housing incorrectly installed from the factory instead of the shorter normal bolt. This long bolt was pushing into the pan causing the irregularity in shape, therefore causing the oil leak. More

The absolute worse service department that I have been to A fair warning to everyone, this must be the worst dealership I have ever been to. Took my car in (which is under warranty) because my air conditioni A fair warning to everyone, this must be the worst dealership I have ever been to. Took my car in (which is under warranty) because my air conditioning stopped working. I was told a few hours later that there is a nationwide problem with the condensers on Yukons. The parts are on back order for a month or longer. I asked if they will offer a loaner or rental and the rep (named Mike) stated that he is not authorized to do that because the manager is on vacation. Apparently nothing can be done without a managers approval which is obviously a bunch of lies. To top it off, they parked my car in the sun for 3 hours. When I got there my car was over 100 degrees inside. I was literally dripping in sweat by the time I got back to work. No air conditioning in the valley for a month or more? That pretty much makes my car useless. I called another dealership as soon as I got back to the office and they explained that the correct protocol is to offer a loaner or rental until the parts come in. I took my car today to this other GMC dealership and everything went smoothly and I got a beautiful loaner until the parts come in. The staff at Keyes in Woodland Hills are simply incompetent. I'm still in shock that they think it's ok to leave a customer for a month or more without any A/C. And if you cannot make a simple decision like allowing a rental/loaner, why stay open? Your dealership should just close down while your manager is on vacation. More

When we arrived for our scheduled appointment made by Lorena, she and Christian Cruz were waiting with a car pulled up front for us. It felt like we were being greeted by a couple of new friends. After some initial conversation, Christian took the lead in showing us the vehicle and taking us on a test drive. He knew EVERYTHING about the car and he educated us on all the features we would probably want active in this new vehicle. We looked at a couple of different models and he was very patient with all our questions. Christian was an amazing salesperson! When we stopped by today to drop off the spare key to our trade in, he greeted us like old friends. We had already experienced the great Service Department and now have had the fortunate experience of working with their awesome Sales Team. I highly recommend them!!! More

The part was ordered and Carmen called me when it came in. I warned her that I had my 3 kids with me that day. She took my car the minute I got there, got the kids occupied with treats and hot cocoa, and before we knew it, my car was finished. I could not thank her enough for getting us out quickly. Wouldn't take my car to anyone else but Carmen! More

We have been looking at Escalades My wife and I decided to make the drive out to Keyes GMC in Woodland Hills from Santa Monica, and I'm glad we did. We have been looking at Escalades at local dealerships and got tired of the pricing games. We found our sales rep Brad to be knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Negotiations went smoothly with respect shown at all times and the sales manager Brandon engaged early without the back and forth. We ended up getting a much lower price than the supposedly rock bottom pricing we were negotiating in our area for a comparable vehicle. With our transaction I found Keyes willing to work with us without all of the pain that goes on with car negotiations. Definitely worth our time to head out there, and I will say it again the pricing is very good. More
