I'm writing this review because I'm so excited to have a new Prius! My 15 year old camry just wouldn't cut it anymore, the thing was on its last legs. But in all seriousness, I had a pleasant experience with Keyes, I tried the new Camry, Corolla, and Prius. Decided that the Prius would be better in the long run, for commutes and the such. Id like to give thanks to the people that helped me in the internet department, getting me into a vehicle I was looking for and in a right color. I went to Keyes Toyota on Friday to change my lease into a purchase. The customer service was great, the process was quick, and they didn't try to talk me into another lease or a different car like some pla a purchase. I'm not what you'd call a "car person". I have always enjoyed a new car, but I have never enjoyed the process of buying one( at a dealership). This past Memorial Day weekend, I purchased a brand new Prius! I went to four different dealerships, AND shopped online. The moment I walked through the door, I felt comfortable with the staff. They were friendly, informative, and not pushy. I just wanted to say thanks Keyes Toyota for giving me a great price and making the whole process so easy. I am looooooving my new car!! More

Luis gave me a great deal on my camry,no hasssle no BS!They even got me the color I wanted from another dealer without trying to jack up the price. I am planning to buy another car for my daughter this summer and will definately be going back to Luis and the Guys over at Keys on Van Nuys! More

Well I went today and got a new Prius V, and after reading all the reviews online from other people, I wonder if they went to the same dealership as me. I had an awful experience test driving with these guys a couple years ago (they wouldn't give my husband his license back for an hour after we said we weren't buying the car). We decided to give them a sec couple years ago (they wouldn't give my husband his license back for an hour after we said we weren't buying the car). We decided to give them a second chance, but after my recent dealings I would never go back again. The actual sales person (Rene) was very nice (I'd give him a 5) - I really feel bad for the guy given the attitude of the rest of the dealership. We test drove a car and went in to negotiate with another associate for almost 2 hours (mainly over the trade-in value of my car). Once we came to an agreement, they brought in a third person who basically started the process all over. Three hours of my day totally wasted. The most irritating part was that they probably had no intention of doing the deal we had spent 2 hours getting to. Went back again with cash from my old car, and they still gave us the run-around. The dealership I purchased from (Simi) was night and day better than these guys. More
