I went to Keyes Toyota last Wednesday looking for a gently used Prius, I worked with a sales manager, and a gentleman from the finance department and was given excellent customer service and help. I en gently used Prius, I worked with a sales manager, and a gentleman from the finance department and was given excellent customer service and help. I ended up with a 2010 Prius with low mileage and I feel great about my purchase. They were very knowledgeable about the cars and its special features and the whole staff got me in and out of the office quickly because I was in a bit of a time crunch. I did a lot of research before going into Keyes Toyota and feel like I was given a great deal and a very fair price on my trade in. I would definitely recommend Keyes Toyota to anyone! More

Came in for both service and sales, I was getting my car serviced, and I was looking for a reliable first car for my son. I had called in about an ad car, and was answered by Luis, he informed me that the c serviced, and I was looking for a reliable first car for my son. I had called in about an ad car, and was answered by Luis, he informed me that the car was still there, I said I wanted to look at it, and told him I would come in the next day to look at it when I get my car serviced. I drove my car into service and Mark helped me out with everything, it was quick and pleasant. From there Mike showed me to the internet department so I could discuss the ad car, afterwards Mike took me to the car, I tried it out, and I was pleased. Some paper work later, I had the car in my name. More

Staff very deceptive and evasive when answering questions regarding oil loss issue with my suv. Manipulated situation so that oil loss could not be documented before the end of my warranty period. Refuses to regarding oil loss issue with my suv. Manipulated situation so that oil loss could not be documented before the end of my warranty period. Refuses to admit wrongdoing and hiding behind the excuse that "the car is out of warranty". Was treated as a nuisance by staff when I expressed my concerns about my suv's issue. The keyes toyota service department neglected to inform me of a technical service bulletin put out by toyota about the engine oil consumption issue I was having when I first went in to have the problem checked. The TSB (0094-11)has already been out a few months before I went in with the stated problem. When I expressed concern about the loss of engine oil, my concerns were not taken seriously. My car was still under warranty when I first noticed the problem with the oil loss. I went to the dealer numerous time since then for regular maintenance and kept expressing my concern about the oil loss. I was told that it was normal for engines to consume a little oil and to keep an eye on the oil level. They generally told me that it was not a big deal and that it was normal. Not once did they let me know there was a TSB out for the very same problem I was experiencing. Nor did they tell me that I could have had an engine oil loss consumption test done to document the oil loss. The last time I went in to the dealer was on 8/28/12 to complain about low oil and to have the oil change done. That was when I was told that I had this option to have the test done to document the oil loss but was told by the adviser that "it would be of no use to me since I was out of warranty." When I insisted to have the test done anyways, the adviser told me that he was just trying to save me some money by not doing the test that was useless anyways. I got the test done with the intervention of the assistant service manager only after I called toyota to complain about what was going on with the service department. After a 1000 miles went back to the dealer to have them check the levels and it confirmed that my car was consuming oil above acceptable levels. The dealer wanted approx. $6000 to fix the problem which would have been covered under the powertrain warranty. The dealer said that since my car is already out of warranty, the repair would have to be out of my own pocket. In summary, The powertrain warranty was for 5 years or 60,000 miles. I first brought in my car for the oil loss issue when it had 57,235 on the odometer. The car had 69,374 miles when I was told that the oil loss could be documented. I found out about the TSB on my own after doing my own research. I have come to believe that the dealer deliberately withheld facts from me about the oil loss knowing that my warranty was about to expire. They lied and distorted facts when I asked about why my car was losing oil. The advisers that I've dealt with were very evasive and I felt like they were not telling me everything. They tried to blame me for my car losing oil because I was not maintaining it regularly. After I told them that I can show proof that I did regular maintenance on my car, they implied that the place where I usually go to for maintenance(firestone) was incompetent. More
I called in Sunday, for a special on a pre-owned Prius, and Priscilla answered my call. I asked her if the car was still in stock, and she confirmed that it was. I scheduled an appointment for a test driv and Priscilla answered my call. I asked her if the car was still in stock, and she confirmed that it was. I scheduled an appointment for a test drive today. I came in early, and Amir greeted me, and showed me to Priscilla's office. I met Priscilla, she told Amir my situation, and he went off to grab the keys for the Prius. While waiting for him to bring the keys, Priscilla's manager, Luis, came up and introduced himself. Amir came back with the keys, and he showed me to the Prius. It drove exactly as I expected it to. I was happy with the car and the price, so I decided that it was time for me to buy the car now, before someone else jumped on the deal. After signing what seemed like a mountain of paper work, and paying for the car, I had the key to the Prius on my Key Chain. I'd recommend anyone who is in the market for a reasonably priced car to check Keyes' inventory online and see if there is anything that interests them. More
