I thought I was getting $5800 for my trade in just to find out I am paying $9000 over regular price after I signed. They found a way to get it into my payments without me knowing about it. I was there for 7 hours, I was tired and wanted to go home. They lie to you! They would not help you after your purchase! You are history after you signed. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. GO TO ANY OTHER DEALER. I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH ONE STAR REVIEW! If you look at any website including this one you will notice that this dealership does NOT have even 1 review higher than 1 star. Why is that? Thank you for reading. More

I went in for a 5k service($80) on my Corolla that has 55k miles on it. I also needed the side mirror replaced because the glass broke when I hit a trash can. I told the service consultant that I would wa 55k miles on it. I also needed the side mirror replaced because the glass broke when I hit a trash can. I told the service consultant that I would wait there while my car was being worked on. Over an hour later they came to tell me they could replace just the glass of the mirror instead of replacing the whole motorized housing. That was the only good they did. After two hours the service consultant brought me to his office where he told me I needed the front brakes replaced($230), cabin air filter replaced($70), and brake fluid flushed and replaced($110). When I pushed for more information he gave me the information I wanted about when the stuff was last done but he was not helpful at telling me how frequently this stuff needs to be done. Eventually he told me that the air filter and brake fluid could wait but the brakes should really be done now. They were down to 20% (supposedly) though the last time they were serviced the brakes were at 45% 5k miles earlier. After allowing them to replace the brakes I had the courtesy van take me home because I was tired of waiting there. When I finally got the car back 3.5 hours after I brought it to the dealer the new mirror had smudges all over it. I got home and took the air filter out and there were leaves that had worked their way to the filter but hitting the filter against the driveway a few times got rid of all the leaves and made the filter look as good as new. Why couldn't the service tech knock the filter a few times to remove the leaves when he checked the first time to see how clean it was? While all the employees appeared to be nice and helpful I do not trust a word they say. They do not consult you with your interests in mind, all they care about is trying to sell more services than what you came in to have done. This is not the first time they have tried to sell me more services when the original service is supposed to be done. In fact, every time they finish a service they come back to me with 3 more things that "NEED" to be done. More

I own a Toyota Celica... while driving fairly close to the Keyes Toyota dealership, I heard a strange dragging sound... pulled over to a gas station and noticed that the plastic protective shield under th the Keyes Toyota dealership, I heard a strange dragging sound... pulled over to a gas station and noticed that the plastic protective shield under the engine had popped off in a corner and was dragging on the pavement. What holds these pieces up is a small plastic 'rivet' type screw. Absolutely nothing else was wrong with the car. I stopped into Keyes...pulled into the service area, and stood by my car for about 5 minutes. I was taken into an office and left there for another 5 minutes, although they did give me a water. I explained that I just needed to have the 'rivet' put back in place. The service manager shows up and starts writing up paperwork... then he gives me an estimate, just to look at the car. Most dealerships that I have dealt with in the past would have just popped a rivet in and I would have been on my way... Not these guys... before he would even look at my car he wanted a deposit... A freaking Deposit!!! For a 30 cent part and 1 minute of labor. After explaining to him several times that I don't need a vehicle inspection, I don't need any other work done other than this small piece reinserted... he still insisted that the minimum would be the ~75.00 he quoted me... but, if I needed any additional work, they would deduct that fee from the labor, WooHoo! AGAIN, I explained that I don't need additional work, just the rivet. I ended up buying the part needed for $1.00 and putting it back on in their driveway... cars been fine ever since. Although my 5 minute problem turned into more than an hour. Idiots over there... If they were ready and willing to nickel and dime me on a $1.00 part... just imagine what they'd do with creative financing and labor charges....They definitely were not too interested in obtaining a new customer. BE VERY AWARE... In fact, avoid like the plague. More
I went to Keyes Toyota looking for a car that was being advertised. When I arrived the salesman told me that the corolla I was looking for was no longer available, but that he could match the price on anot advertised. When I arrived the salesman told me that the corolla I was looking for was no longer available, but that he could match the price on another car. Two hours later I found myself talking to the Sales Mgr Hovik who was very rude trying to push me into a deal he referred to as a lease option to buy that I could buy out in 9 months, that just didn't feel right. Im glad I was cautious about my decision. As I walked away I could over here them speaking in a foreign language about me. Please look this people up on the Better Buisness Bureau and BEWARE!! and tell you're friends to stay away from this dealer who deceives the consumer. More
I was intrested in purchasing a vehicle and wanted to test drive it. We asked one of the employees if we could and they asked someone to get one of the salesman to help us. The guy he asked to help us sa test drive it. We asked one of the employees if we could and they asked someone to get one of the salesman to help us. The guy he asked to help us said "you get someone your closer". Finnaly they led us outside to about 5 or 6 free salesman and asked one fo them to take us. They all started arguing about who was going to take us. Not in the sense that they all wanted to take us, none of them did. They said go get a hat and we will put all our names in and see who has to take you. By then we had it and left. It was like dealing with a bunch of kindergarden kids. NEVER BUY A CAR HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
