I come to Toyota to see my friend Ali Akhavan he is a sales consultant and one of the best. I Have been coming to him for many years now and I have not yet found a dealer salesperson that meets my expect sales consultant and one of the best. I was told something might be broken with my car. At that time my car was under the warranty. They told me I need to take it back during the week. So, if they detected the issue it should have been covered. More
STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! Very incompetent and extremely careless! I had FOUR ISSUES on just ONE VISIT!! And unfortunately after 8 phone calls, 3 message to the service manage Very incompetent and extremely careless! I had FOUR ISSUES on just ONE VISIT!! And unfortunately after 8 phone calls, 3 message to the service manager - nothing got fixed because NO ONE was able to "handle" my simple requests to correct my information, the service manager was never available to take the calls, and after 3 message, NEVER called back! Grossly massive errors with my information (which they put on my car record), personal info, billing, and some of the service for which I took my car wasn't performed! More
