I had a battery problem and had no time to schedule an appointment. They took me in, diagnosed the issue (had nothing to do with battery) fixed the problem and was on my way. I have been very unhappy with service at other Toyota dealers that are closer. I bought my car barely used from a family friend so did not have a purchase experience at Toyota. Very early on, I stopped dealers that are closer. I bought my car barely used from a family friend so did not have a purchase experience at Toyota. Very early on, I stopped at this dealership because I was driving by and needed a clock adjustment. It was a great experience but Keyes is a haul from where I live. After trying three other dealers for service (the two closest to me were the worst), I returned yesterday for a 30K mile service. Terrific experience, transparent and helpful. David made an effort to "connect" with his customer instead of treating it like just another transaction. Inconvenient, I will go back. More
Brought in car after a tire blew out and tore some wires and broke some sensors. Got it repaired and took care of some routine maintenance that hadn't been done because I have not been driving as much due and broke some sensors. Service advisor was absolutely clueless. Instead of listening to me he went on about his teeth problems for 15 minutes and kept me waiting for over 20 minutes of which I was early and their Instead of listening to me he went on about his teeth problems for 15 minutes and kept me waiting for over 20 minutes of which I was early and their were no customers waiting around. Then after checking my car in I begun to get suspicious when he said 4-5 hours and it ended up being over 6 before they called back after a 10k mile service and said my vehicle was ready with 20 minutes to pick it up before service closed for the weekend! Courteous? I think not! Shame the sales people were great to work with but the service department needs help! More
