Shady pricing - total ripoff in the service department. Sadly, it didn't surprise me at all. Quoted me over $200 for something my mechanic could do for less than $100. They also charged me an exorbitant amount for a part, which, based on its part number, doesn't exist on the Toyota parts website, but the equivalent part is available for almost $700 less? I only went to the dealer for this repair because my (trustworthy) mechanic said I should. This experience is a good reminder why I won't have a dealer service my car unless I absolutely have to. More

horrible customer service at the service department. the fume is coming into the cabin and they are not able to find where the issue is and not able to fix it. In the end, the service advisor (Kirk and his manager) say "what do you want me to do now?". also, they make up wrong reports on their statement because they don't want to show that they can not fix the issue, or they don't even document that they hold my car for one week at the end of December 2021. Do you even train your staff how to talk to the customers or even how to work?!! these people put customer's life in danger. they should close down this location. More
