I was very dissatisfied with the service and communication received by Sam from the service department including their management. I took my Chevy in for a multi-point inspection, low air pressu communication received by Sam from the service department including their management. I took my Chevy in for a multi-point inspection, low air pressure for tires and oil change. Sam calls me when my car is ready and tells me that the tire has a nail in it and "to just watch out for it". He did NOT recommend a tire change or patch work. Less than 24 hours later, my tire is flat when I take it out on the freeway for the first time since their service. Then I proceed to call their department and do NOT hear back from anyone. And then I read the paper they gave me and on there, he has recommended tire change. This is UNPROFESSIONAL and UNSAFE. The dealership did not take ownership of their mistake and how unsafe they were. I will never be returning here even though this is my second time leasing with them. More
