I was surprised and pleased to see all employees wearing masks correctly. On the previous visit, on the list of recommended repairs was the "observation" that my internal air filter needed replacing. The only thing is, my truck doesn't have one, so what exactly was "observed" and why were they ready to charge me to replace something that doesn't exist? More
