After dealing with the first guy being rude just because I didn't get my oil changed at exactly the time the manual says I should (on my very low mileage car) and then telling me i had to leave my car for 2-3 days just to get a diagnosis on a code (not true), it was refreshing to finally talk to somebody who knew something about customer service and how to go the extra mile to help people. Sam understands that a little effort goes a long way and makes people remember you and ask for you again. Thanks Sam! More

Michael made all sorts of promises to get our repeat lease custom and then simply didn’t follow through leaving us with $1400 in Chevy costs he had promised the dealership would pick up. I had hoped these guys wouldn’t be like the stereotype of car salesmen but unfortunately they are. Avoid at all cost! More

We had the engine light problem. They honestly told us it could take awhile to figure it out and up to a week. As it worked out, we were called a day later, and the problem solved.
