The offer was not accepted so we left. A few days later Allen called to see if we would still be interested and we agreed to a price. We went to the dealership, got the vehicle and left. Does not sound very exciting but that is how we wanted it. We were treated with the upmost respect. Allen was very informative about the vehicle and finance options available to us. I felt comfortable talking with Allen about my concerns and he was forthcoming about information to satisfy me. He asked relevant questions and listened to my responses. He followed up regularly to update me on the progress of the sale. There was never any pressure to make a decision.
