They did the job in a timely matter. It was warranty work. The location was cleaned. The employees that can in contact with other customers gave explanation of what the jobs would entail and made sure work. The location was cleaned. We just bought our "Flex"in August and the salesman Jamie Reed is GREAT! He spent a lot of time with us explaining the sync system and all the features on the car. Fred Dorsey in service is really GREAT too! We went to a "Sync" seminar this Tuesday Bruce Johnson the manager and his team were really good. Tom & Fred covered a lot of ground in a short time. "Thanx" for the help! We are "Snow Birds" and go between New Jersey and Florida and Key Scales and Kindle are both very top notch professionals and easy to deal with. More

This was a good car buying experience from the very beginning. All the salesmen were friendly and knowledgeable, without seeming "pushy", on both my initial visit as well as my return visit with my wi beginning. I have been getting my Mustang GT serviced here for a few years now and they take very good care of it. This is the only nearby dealership that I trust with my car.Plus I have never had to go back with the s years now and they take very good care of it. This is the only nearby dealership that I trust with my car.Plus I have never had to go back with the same problem twice they get it right the first time. My recent purchase of 4 new tires were recommended by Richard for my Mustang and he was good at explianing the importance of getting the right tire for my car. The service dept. did a great job of balancing so far it rides better then when it was new. Thanks Bob More

Overall my experience at Key Scales Ford was amazing! I had been in the market for a newer vehicle for several months. Not only did I find just the car I needed but the large selection of low mileage used had been in the market for a newer vehicle for several months. Not only did I find just the car I needed but the large selection of low mileage used vehicles was spectacular. Dan did a great job walking me through the sales process. Everyone within the store was super nice and easy to work with. Daniel the finance manager did a great job explaining all the available warranties I had to choose from as well as the importance of Gap insurance. I was extremely surprised with the amount of follow up I received from the store after the sale, which showed me this dealership truly cared about my experience as well as the follow up Dan would give me to make sure I received the promised extras in my deal. I highly recommend this dealership and I am happy to be a Key Scales Customer for Life! More
