My husband and I started out on a 3 hour trek to visit 2 different dealorships with the hopes of purchasing a vehicle from one or the other. Our first visit was with Kcales Ford. Upon arrival we immeditaley learned that the vehicle that we were interested in had already been sold. The sales person that we were working with, Mr. Fred Almonte, immediately introduced us to another vehicle of the same model that he had on the car lot. I absolutly hate the whole process of purchasing a vehicle. Mr. Almonte was amazing, as he did everything in his power to earn our business. He made the negotations, what few there were, completely painless and stress free. WE DID PURCHASE OUR NEW VEHICLE FROM KEY SCALES FORD (didn't have to travel the additional miles to the other dealorship). I give full credit to Mr. Almonte for our purchase. He was friendly, knowledgeable, he went to bat with the management to get us a deal that was affordable, and more. Also thanks to Mr. Dave Alnsworth (I believe) for making all the paperwork go smoothly. This was one of the BEST vehicle purchases that I have ever made. I would, and already have, recommend Key Scales Ford, Mr. Fred Almonte for the purchase of a vehicle. Fred helped my husband and I finally realize the value of having syncmyride. After owning our car many months and being so frustrated with the complexity of this service that we drove to the dealership to h having syncmyride. After owning our car many months and being so frustrated with the complexity of this service that we drove to the dealership to have our cell phones removed. We knew so little about bluetooth and syncmyride that we were annoyed when a phone call came in and we could only talk on speakerphone. Fred was so patient with us. While he agreed to remove our phones he also explained what we could do if we changed our minds. After giving us over an hour of his time plus a tutorial with the syncmyride web site and in-car demonstration, we both became excited that we own this technology. There were still a few questions while working the system on our own but a phone call to Fred got us the answers. Fred repeated his offer to have us call anytime.
