I was tired and up-set when I arrived at Key Scales Ford Dealer. My '99 Grand Marque required $2200 in repairs and I was advised by the repair shop (not Key Scales Ford) to trade it in since it had 147,000 Dealer. I couldn't go very far with it since the engine light was on and it could seize up ant any time. I prefer to buy locally and I like Ford! As I walked up to the entrance of Key Scales Ford Fred Almonte was waiting outside by the door to greet me. I felt relieved just meeting him. Fred was very pleasant and patient with me during the entire process. He was able to negotiate the price to an acceptable amount. There was no sales pressure that I had expected! My wife was with me and she also appreciated his helpful attitude and the attitude of the dealership. We were treated well and feel the purchase experience was in every way positive.
