We were very treated well and the salesman (Chad Howell) listened to what we wanted in a car and worked with us to make it happen. We tried to lease a car at another dealer from the area and they would no listened to what we wanted in a car and worked with us to make it happen. We tried to lease a car at another dealer from the area and they would not even talk with us about leasing, just wanted to sell the car to us. (It was less car and a lot more money for 72 mo.) At Key Scales everyone seemed to be truly interested in trying to get us into a car. When we first came to the dealership my wife and I did not think that we would be able to afford a new car but thought that we would look one more place to make sure after seeing your newspaper ad. As we began to deal Chad worked to find out what we needed and did not need and found a car on your lot that really fit our needs. The great thing was that we didn't need or want all the bells and whistles that was on most of the cars on your lot, which dropped the price into the range that we felt comfortable with. Seemed like a lot of people on the staff of Key Scales worked hard to sell a car that day. More
