Kaream demonstrated outstanding customer service skills throughout this vehicle's servicing. He was prompt, efficient, kept to his word, and kept me informed each step of the way. While I was/am extremely satisfied with Kaream's performance I found the service to longer than I would have imagined without the benefit of a "loaner" and a bit pricey to say the least. This is the first real issue I have had with any of the Hundais I have owned Nd hope it will be the last. In any event, thanks Kaream you were great. More
