I hate buying cars but I had a painless experience with Key Hyundai when I recently bought my new Sonata from Mike Fox. Mike was extremely knowledgeable about the car, and always very helpful. When My husband and I went to Key we were just looking to compare with the optima, I even had a appointment set with Mack on Monday at Kia. So we went to Key on Saturday to see if we liked the Sonata better compare with the optima, I even had a appointment set with Mack on Monday at Kia. So we went to Key on Saturday to see if we liked the Sonata better than the Kia Optima and would make our decision on Monday between the 2. But instead we walked out with the Sonata, I am very Happy with the car and would recommend Key hyundai,Alan was very professional and went through great lengths to get us in a car. The only problem I have with them is I called the service dept almost 2 weeks ago to let them know about my brakes and set on hold for about 4 minutes. so the lady that answered the phone took my name and number to have them call me back and I still haven't had a return call. So I am going on vacation next week and will call them back when I get back in town. Other than that they are wonderful!!!! Highly recommended. Brenda Thomas More
I dont like shopping at all for cars..... we have all had a bad experience at one time or another. I was ready to go home and then my husband said one more... lets try Key Hyundai on Southside... I was reluctant to agree but did and that was a great decision. We walked in and was greeted by Mike Fox!!! He was very professional, asked our wants in a car, and explained about the company, dealership and very knowledgable on the product. When it was time to "deal" within 10 minutes we agreed to a price that we liked and the sales Manger Robert was no nonsense, professional, and polite..... thanks gentlemen for the extrememly pleasent experience..... It makes a huge difference. Thank you to their finance manager, Troy who was very pleasent to work with too. Thanks Kim and Chris Shuman More
My husband and I had been shopping online for the new My husband and I had been shopping online for the new Sonata and also the Buick Regal, when we got to the dealership we were greeted right away by o My husband and I had been shopping online for the new Sonata and also the Buick Regal, when we got to the dealership we were greeted right away by one of the managers and he showed us the regal in the parking lot and then brought us inside to meet Mike Cain, I told Mike what I wanted and what price range we were in and he explained to us why the Sonata was a much better choice for me and my family. Mike went so far above and beyond what we would have expected of this car purchasing experience, just 2 months prior we bought a new Toyota for my husband and the sales staff and experience with that dealer was horrible. Working with Mike was so much more pleasant and I was able to get exactly what I wanted for the budget we had set due to the hard work of Mike . We were never pressured at all for extras or options or anything. My husband and I are both in real estate sales so we were both very impressed with Mike and his professionalism and diligence to make our new Hyundai purchase awesome. Mike showed me how to set up the radio, and how to use the Bluetooth and navigation system in addition to giving me tips on how to get the most out of my mileage because he knew how much I would be driving in my daily commute. Since my purchase he has called several times to check on my satisfaction with the new car and also recently to wish my a happy birthday. I couldn’t be more impressed. I absolutely love my new car and will most definitely be a repeat Hyundai driver and a customer of Mike Cain and Key Hyundai. More

I purchased a new 2011 Hyundai Sonata. I knew walking in precisely what I wanted to buy (down to the color). Alan was great. He didn't try to "upsell" or pitch additional warantees. I told him that I wanted the lease special that was being advertised by Hyundai, and Alan informed me that they had over 20 qualifying Sonatas at that price. Many times, dealers don't have the car in stock that is being advertised. Key Hyundai is different. Alan found the exact car I wanted, at the advertised price I was willing to pay. Since I'm in school, my parents offered to co-sign on the lease. This meant that paperwork had to be mailed back and forth and it would take over a week to complete the transaction. Alan arranged for me to use a loaner car- free of charge for 10 days, while we waited for the paperwork to come in! I've always found car shopping to be stressful. But the folks at Key Hyundai did everything in their power to make this purchase stress-free. More
I have nervous experience a dealership like Key - whether they sell Hyndai's, buicks, or like in the past, Audi's - there is not one to compare. I have had dealings with the Lincoln dealership here, but onc they sell Hyndai's, buicks, or like in the past, Audi's - there is not one to compare. I have had dealings with the Lincoln dealership here, but once again - cannot compare. I purchased my Audi from Key when the dealership offered these cars. Now I have to go to Orange Park to Jack Hanna's Audi of Jacksonville and I do not get half of the great quality I used to get from Key. My intentions are to trade my Audi in for a Hyndai very soon. Friends and family that I have sent to Key have thanked me over and over. Morgan Perry the sales rep for my friends has gone far and beyond the call of duty to be helpful, kind, courteous and hospitable. I would not buy a Hyndai if it were not from Key with the help of Ms. Morgan Perry. More
