This is the worst dealer I have ever dealt with. They would not stand behind what the salesman had said. On the sales order they charged me 450.00 for a tag, when the tag price was only 110 they would no would not stand behind what the salesman had said. On the sales order they charged me 450.00 for a tag, when the tag price was only 110 they would not refund the difference. They added the cost of the Title to the tag fee. This was after the salesman said the title fee came out of the "dealer Services" fee. This is their form, if the title fee should come out of the "tag" fee it should say so on the form. I bought a used car and said it was pulling to the right when I test drove it, they said they looked at it and it was in "tolerance" and would not even perform an alignment on the car. This dealership will rip you OFF!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! More
My girlfriend went to Key looking to get a new Veloster. The first time she went I went with her. We met Alan Read and he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car. He took us on a test drive and then put the hard sell on my girlfriend and talked her into doing a write up on what kind of deal they could do the car. This trip to the dealership was only to be informational and to see the room inside the car and test the power of the car. During the write up he asked if she was going to trade in a car and she said that she wasn't sure that she might try to sell it on her own. Alan told her that if she did she would have to pay taxes on it and that is might be better to trade it in. Alan said lets write it up as a trade and see what numbers we come up with. We did not have her car with us at the time and he took the info on it and told her he could do $4000 on a trade in sight unseen. My girlfriend wasn't read to do the deal so she told him that she would check her options and get back with. About a month later she stopped in and did a credit app and let them see her car. They came back and offered her $2500 on the trade. My girlfriend didn't like the deal and knew her car was worth more than that. She called him back and said that she needed to get more on the trade in and Alan said he would call her back. Alan next offer was for my girlfriend to go to sale her car at Carmax. So now Alan wants my girlfriend to do his job for him and pay the taxes on selling it to Carmax after telling her trading it in would be better because she wouldn't have to pay the taxes. What happened to $4000 sight unseen??? We will not being going back to Key Hyundai. I guess would should have gone to the number one Hyundai dealership in Saint Augustine. More

On June 7th 2012 I brought my car in for an oil change and New remote start kit to be put in, The oil change was done but they had to order the parts for the remote start. No big deal so I brought my car in to have the kit put in a week later and low and behold it was worth the wait. The customer service was great, the professionalism was outstanding and Ronnie Talor was even nice enouch to make sure I was happy with the remote start which Im very happy with I just have to bring 2nd key in to have it programmed. Over all service was Great and I dont mind coming here even though its a 45 min drive. I really appreciate all the great things you guys do for me!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
Brought my car in due to Engine light coming on from time to time and Morning start up even after letting the car run for maybe 3-5 min the acceleration is still not there and engine light came back on even to time and Morning start up even after letting the car run for maybe 3-5 min the acceleration is still not there and engine light came back on even after bringing it in 48 Hours earlier. I drive 96 miles round trip to get here and really hope its resolved soon. Customer service was great as always. More
All the employees at this dealership are very helpful and friendly. My car needed a new AC compressor and due to the high price quotes I recieved at other auto shops I kept putting it off. Ronnie M. Taylor, Service Advisor, was "Excellent". I felt the 10% discounted Price( including Taxes) for my 12,000 mile scheduled maintenance wasn't a "Great Price" so rated it "OK" or a "Excellent". I felt the 10% discounted Price( including Taxes) for my 12,000 mile scheduled maintenance wasn't a "Great Price" so rated it "OK" or a 3 versus a 5"...I felt $60 for replacing an "Air Filter" wasn't great and that was the primary reason for an "OK" or 3 rating versus a 5 (great) rating. In today's economy your consumer is forced to focus on "value" and expects its Dealer to understand how important delivering "value" to its customers is. Thanks. More

This dealership is truly amazing in every way. This is how car sales SHOULD be... I worked with Terry Sabo via email looking for a specific Santa Fe model/color etc for my aunt. Terry found the exact one she wanted on schedule to be delivered. He emailed me the shipping invoice with MSRP and Invoice prices with all options. No haggling at all. Straight invoice, no hidden fees etc. We had taken my aunts used car to CarMax for a quote, I'd done the research on Kelly Blue Book, Key gave us what we wanted with no hassle. Extremely smooth transaction. The customer service was amazing. Terry and his manager were both extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this dealership. The general atmosphere and overall well being of the dealership is noticeable as soon as you walk through the door. After dealing with Hyundai of Orange Park (read my review) I couldnt have been more satisfied with Key. More
On January 19 2012 I needed an oil change and brought it in to Ronnie Taylor. The fact that Gray Callon took precious care of my Sonata was great. Ronnie was friendly along with everyone else who was at the desk but its just the little things that Ronnie Taylor and Gray Callon did which was washed the car which they really dont have to and the 10% military discount is always helpful in this time crises. I really hope these two guys get recognition for thier service if not it would really upset me. But thank you Key Hyundai, Ronnie and Gray. Bravo Zulu to you!!!!!!!!!!!! More
