New management I picked up immediately that something had changed. The employees were stressed. The employees I personally worked w/were more than professional, but there were not enough of them to process your appt quickly - Door locked , computers had to sign in, they literally almost jogged from point A to point B to keep up. Lots of grumbling & negative comments while waiting from various employees walking through. No cookies or fruit. Just water\coffee. No longer vacuum your car-“saves time”. Really? Where’s Ronnie in service? Where was Kareim? I will not be back. I bought 2 cars there. This dealership used to be the BEST but no longer. Stop cutting corners. I could have gotten better service/environment at a quick lube. I had just bragged about this dealership & why I drive an hour to get there at my office. Management should re-think their approach.
