Service was poor The Key Auto Company was excellent in service in prior years. For the last two it has been poor. I have had my car towed by AAA twice this year because of mechanical failures. Each time it took 3-5 days before it was diagnosed and I had to rent a car. This past time, my car was towed to their dealership on 7/23/19. The problem was not diagnosed until this past Monday, 7/28/19. Their service department mechanics are great. But waiting 3-5 days before diagnosis is ridiculous. Service after the sale is sadly lacking in this dealership, currently. More

Wonderful experience! I came to key Hyundai to look for a new vehicle after having lost my other car in a wreck. He does quite well in his line of work, the thing is, I didn't even intend to actually leave with a brand new car that day, I only came to check out the inventory and maybe have a test drive until it was time to take back my rental car. But after he broke down all of the information for me and offered me an awesome deal I couldn't refuse I couldn't see myself leaving without my 2018 hyundai accent. I just want to say thanks again!
