I have bought several new, and used vehicles over the years from dealerships, but I have never had an experience like I did at Key Buick GMC. I went there before they opened to look at a truck I was inte years from dealerships, but I have never had an experience like I did at Key Buick GMC. I went there before they opened to look at a truck I was interested in to avoid the normal sales hassle, and I was greeted by the sales manager Mr. Steve Barranco. I informed him of the truck I was interested in, and he was very helpful answering a few questions I had. I came back later that day, and met my salesman Mr. Nick Rogers. Nick brought the truck up front. I had a ton of detailed questions to ask about the truck, but before I could ask them Nick explained every feature. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to the GMC Sierra. They gave me the best price they could on the Sierra. Trying to be a smart consumer I shopped that price at another dealership, and they couldn't even come close. Even if they did beat Key's price I still would have purchased from Key, because I didn't like their high pressure atmosphere at the competitor. I have had previous bad experience with dealerships -- you know the pushy, sleezy, manipulative sales tactics that give dealerships and salesman bad reputations -- so I was hestitant to do business with a you know the pushy, sleezy, manipulative sales tactics that give dealerships and salesman bad reputations -- so I was hestitant to do business with another dealership. We found a used car and drove to Jacksonville from Savannah to purchase. From the very first conversation, Bob and the staff were very attentive and made the overall buying experience seamless. This dealership exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend for the following reasons: (1) friendly, within minutes of stepping through the doors we were greeted by 3 different people, (2) professionalism, very attentive to our needs and honest with terms, (3) customer focused, worked to provide a great deal even below market value, (4) dealership clean and welcoming, (5) inventory, excellent selection and prices fair, (5) sales staff, our agent Bob D'Amelio was outstanding: honest, friendly, responsive, transparent, diligent, and went above and beyond to ensure we didn't waste our time and earned our business, and (6) management, took time to meet with us to ensure we had a positive experience. This was by far one of the best experience my wife and I had with a dealership. My wife got the car of her dreams from a dealership that made the experience a memorable one. Whether you live in Jacksonville or surrounding area this dealership is highly recommended. I will certainly recommend to friends and family and will consider Key Auto Company for my next vehicle purchase. It was worth the 2 hour drive because there are no other dealerships in my area that can compare to the level of service Key Auto Group provided. Ask for Bob because he is great! This is not only the dealership that is different there is no other like it. The work is always of the highest caliber at a fair price and you are treated like a member of the family whether you are dealing with Maureen, the President or Winston, a driver in the service area or anyone between them. I am now dealing with my third generation of ownership and have bought several cars and trucks here as well as had my service work performed here. They are involved in the community and are an asset to the city of Jacksonville. Though I have never bought a vehicle from Morgan as I had a regular sales person before she joined the dealership, she is always pleasant and friendly as well as professional. To misquote a grocery chain, "This is the dealership where it is a pleasure to deal". More
Overall I am pleased with a few aspect of my interaction with this dealership so let me start with the positive...Scott (Sales Manager) and Terry (Business Manager) are by far the best employees in this dea with this dealership so let me start with the positive...Scott (Sales Manager) and Terry (Business Manager) are by far the best employees in this dealership, quick, responsive, efficient. I enjoyed dealing with them. Now the negatives...the biggest issue I had with them was with an employee called Richard Saud, really really bad customer service, I think he is the slowest, most frazzled, all over the place person I have ever met. Please avoid dealing with him at all costs. Another issue I had was after hours of waiting and waiting mainly because Richard was so slow, I get in my choosen car and realize that the interior rearview mirror was loose, after spending a large amount of time and an even larger amount of money, there was no way I was going to let this go so I spoke with Richard who again after taking his own sweet time spoke with the service guys and eventually said that was nothing they could do. Well like I said, overall it was an OK experience, for car salesman who really need business in this economy I think this dealership leaves a lot to be desired in the customer service area. More
I recently walked the lot at Key Hyundai interested in car options to buy. I was specifically interested in the Sonata model. Upon further inquiry online through Google+, I connected with the sales rep na car options to buy. I was specifically interested in the Sonata model. Upon further inquiry online through Google+, I connected with the sales rep named Josh Brown. He actually came to my place of employment to introduce himself and represent Key Buick "in person." I was impressed that he would take the time off the lot and bring information regarding the vehicles I was interested in at my convenience. Everything he helped me with was the information I needed to make a future purchase. I didn't know car salesmen made house calls, but evidently I was important enough to Key Buick that he came to me. This certainly sets this dealership apart from others. I trusted Josh and he followed the visit up with a courtesy call at the end of the day to make sure I had all the information I needed to feel confident in making the right vehicle choice. If you are making a decision to purchase a vehicle, use Josh Brown at Key Buick on Southside Blvd., he made me feel very comfortable negotiating with him and made the difference with me. More

Just traded my 2012 GMC Terrain with 16000 miles for a new 2013 Terrain. Mike Cain handled both sales. That saving plus a good trade in allowance resulted in my decision to trade the peferctly good 2012 for the new 2013 model. This is my wife's car and she was so happy that Mike took the time to explain and set up the OnStar system, the XM radio and especially the adapting her cell phone to the hands free blue tooth audio system in the car. As an aside, I learned that active duty and retired military can receive discounts similar that of GM employees. My wife and I could not be happier with Key Buick-GMC and Mr. Cain. J. Studdard More
