We only buy Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, we have never been near a buick lot. BUT Ford, Lincoln, Mercury has nothing that looks good, I don't know what has happened to them. Anyway our experience with Key Buick was a wonderful thing. Michael Banks was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The things he was not was pushy, in your face, or obnoxious (you know like some of those other car lots). Now there is one thing he did promise was to call us about the floor mats that seemed to be missing, they were being ordered and he was going to see if they could be sent to our home, since we live a little over an hour away from the sales lot. I haven't heard anything yet, we'll see. Thank you Key Buick and Michael Banks for making this a nice experience. More
AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE MY BROTHER WAS TRAVELING WHEN HIS DIESEL TRUCK BROKE DOWN. HE CONTACTED MR MOORE AND HE GOT HIM IN THAT DAY AND EVEN STAYED LATE TO INSURE IT WAS DONE MY BROTHER WAS TRAVELING WHEN HIS DIESEL TRUCK BROKE DOWN. HE CONTACTED MR MOORE AND HE GOT HIM IN THAT DAY AND EVEN STAYED LATE TO INSURE IT WAS DONE. MR MOORE STAYED IN CONTACT WITH US ALL DAY LONG AND LET US KNOW THE PROGRESS OF OUR VEHICLE. THE ESTIMATE STAYED THE SAME PRICE HE QUOTED FROM THE BEGINING. PLACES AND PEOPLE LIKE THIS ARE HARD TO FIND IN TODAYS WORLD I RECCOMEND THIS SERVICE DEPT TO EVERYONE AND IF THE SERVICE DEPT IS ANY INDACATION OF THE REST OF THE DEALERSHIP IT HAS TO BE AN AWESOME PLACE TO BUY A CAR!!! WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I took my Chevy Malibu to be serviced because we thought it was having problems with the computer. I would turn the engine off but the headlights, int I took my Chevy Malibu to be serviced because we thought it was having problems with the computer. I would turn the engine off but the headlights, interior lights, and radio would stay on. I spoke with Jeff to schedule my "appointment time" for the following Monday. When I dropped the car off he observed the car doing this. My appointment time was for 8:20am, by 3:00pm I called to check on any progress where I was informed that my "appointment time" was only to write the service ticket and my car would not be looked at on that day. I then called and spoke with the service manager because I am a single mother with only one vchicle and this was unacceptable! The service manager offered to put me in a loaner vehicle, while my car was being serviced. I agreed to come and pick it up, however when I got there Jeff asked me if I knew that my lights were automatic and they would turn off on their own. I told him that since I had the car for 8 years I did and I did not appreciate being treated like I am incompetent! So 9 DAYS later I finally have my car back. And when I picked up the car the service was no better with the exception of the cashier, she was sweet. Bottles of chemicals were left in my car when I asked about them they told ME to throw them away!! I left them sitting at the dealership for them to take care of. I WILL NEVER recommend ANYONE to go there I don't care if they are giving their services away for free!!!!! NEVER AGAIN! More
