Very friendly; explain things well It was my one year check up on my newly purchased vehicle. Questions were all answered and my oil change was free so that was a nice surprise. Frustrating fleet car release process...Poor communication. Visited this dealership as they were a prescribed service provider for my company fleet vehicle. Following protocol, used advanced approval code for b Visited this dealership as they were a prescribed service provider for my company fleet vehicle. Following protocol, used advanced approval code for basic car maintenance (including oil change and tire rotation). After much appreciared expedited entry into Bob Romans system for service, became concerned after waiting an hour and 45 minutes with no car. I noticed the car was clearly finished but still sitting. When I went back to question service as to why I was not being called for car pickup,, they insisted they needed complete payment from the fleet company (even though they had approval code and purchase order from fleet company to provide services rendered). I then had to step in and call the fleet company who had to issue a verbal credit card over the phone so I would be allowed to leave the facility. Not only was there no communication to me regarding this delay/ challenge, I ended up having to do their job to collect payment from one of their contracted partners so I could depart. Not sure what the point of being an approved service provider and having pre approval for oil changes and tire rotations means at this particular dealer; wish I had time to better understand that as well. Definitely not trying to be unreasonable here, just a bit frustrated at the lack of awareness communication as I had other work related obligations to tend to this day. If I would not have went back to service to ask the obvious questions associated with my cars readiness, I would probably still be sitting there as they waited for response to a faxed request for payment. Thinking there is room for basic policy evolutionary improvement here if customer service means anything to Mr. Rohrman. More
