He showed us exaclty what we asked for and didnt try to push us into spending more than we wanted. Between Alfredo and Tony it restore a little bit of our faith in the car buying experience. Horrible buisness wish i could give this dealership no stats but it wont let me. Where do i even begin my husband and i bought a pathfinder from here we are happy with the car for thw most part. but we got the leather protection package but they didnt put it on well so my husband had to go back several times to make sure it was done properly. Then we have a car to trade in but unfortunately it was at the body shop getting work done we told them it would be done for a week or so, they were fine with that. Howeve after a few days i got about 5 calls in a row while i was at work from the finance manager. I didn't answer the first few times he called because i was busy working but he kept calling and not leaving a message so i finally answered and he was very rude demanding to know where the trade in was. I explained it was still at the shop and i would have my husband call him with more details. Then a few weeks later the sunroof on the new pathfinder started leaking. My husband took it in said they fixed it well they didn't. My husband took it back again and they gave us a rental. Then my husband and i went their to talk with the general manager but he wasnt there so we talked with a few guys about the service there and all they did was throw the service manager under the bus and say how he sucks and they recommend people to other nissan dealerships becuase the service there is so bad. Adam a manager there was also talking bad about the Rohrman family. When we left i felt very uneasy and not confident at all that we made a large purchase from the right place. My husband went the next day to talk with the general manager about how unhappy we are and while he was speaking with him a man named mike got in my husbands face on 2 different occasions. After finding out about this i called the manager the next day not 2 minutes into the conversation he hung up on me. What kind of business is this? My husband went in there again to try to talk to them and as soon as he got in the door the general manager told him he had to leave and then all of a sudden said my husband threatened him even though he didn't and my husband recorded the conversation. We have reached out to Ryan Rohrman to get this issue resolved but have not got a call back. All we want is out of our lease because they dont deserve our buisness or anyone elses. This place is nothing but xxxx bags and crooks i will do everything in my power to make sure no one buys from there. The only decent person there was Jeff the sales manager. Im completely disgusted and appouled that an employee got in my husbands face and he still has a job. Stay far far away from here More

Great service experience! On the recommendation of a friend, I brought my car in for service because the service engine light was on. I didn't think it was for the oil change b On the recommendation of a friend, I brought my car in for service because the service engine light was on. I didn't think it was for the oil change because it still had miles to go; turned out that is all that was needed. Needless to say, I was very happy, I was told the charges upfront and it's exactly what I was charged, some dealerships tell you that you need hundreds of dollars worth of work. Carlos was super helpful, I met the GM who was in service at the time and he was very nice. I'll be going back for all my service. More

We are very happy with our purchase and were suprised to receive a small present in the mail a couple of weeks later -- a very nice touch. More
