Fair and Honest Service Made a call and they got me in on the same day. Fair pricing and they didn’t oversell me on what I didn’t need. Ryan, the manager, was extremely welcoming and kind over the phone. Experience was good overall, really only lacking in the communication during the transaction. I have gone through the purchase process before and in my previous experience detailed explanations were given as we went and I was more involved with the choices. For instance I was told the financial manager would do a search for credit unions/ banks and find thebest rate. Instead of going through the findings with me in a “here is the credit union we found and this is the auto loan rate they are offering, so the total is this, and your monthly payments will be this, is this ok?”. I was given a cursory explanation for each form, and all of the lending papers were already made up and it seemed that the expectation was “here it is, sign here and here”. Had I been a first time buyer I would’ve been very lost in the process. More
