I did research online to find the brand and car I wanted and could afford. I contacted the Subaru, Hyndia, another Ford dealer in my area, and the Mercury dealer. I was torn whether the extra money for AWD was worth it to me. After meeting with the dealer and test driving the Ford Focus, I was convinced that it was the car for me. The quality, the upgrade of the engine from 4 to 6 cylinders, and the other ammenties made up my mind. Believe me I am not Ford person. I could not find anything at the Chevy dealer. I am very concerned about the reliability of a Ford. I chose Kenny Ross because they have an extended power train guarantee. More

Chuck was so friendly, honest, and helpful, he listened to what we needed, showed us what he had, and what he thought was the best deal, then reviewed what we told him we needed so he made sure he didnt miss anything. You know how you feel when you go into a car dealership and wish you knew somebody on the inside that could ferret out any xx, this is what Chuck felt like to us, he was on our side, looking out for our best interest. I was an amazing difference from all of my past experiences with the car sales business. We test drove the car, then I talked to Jared in finance, Jared made me feel like he wanted to get me the best APR possible and help me save money. Then ended with JoAnn the business manager, who was alo friendly and personable. This was the first time I've ever been in a car dealership where each person I interacted with seemed genuinely interested in my needs and getting me the best deal. Didnt try to up sell, no pressure, friendly and honest. I would highly, highly recommend going to this dealership for a Ford! More

I would have to say the overall experience at Kenny Ross was good. We had a very nice salesperson Dominick. The sales manager Chris as well as Dave were very nice and worked within the budget we had. The only thing is I would recommend that salespeople should not make quotes to customers and then not be able to back them up when you are quoted a certain price and by the time you enter the sales floor that price has jumped an additional $105.00 to 150.00 dollars that's an issue. Also they should not discuss credit bureaus and the like since they really have no idea what they are talking about. The only part of this process that I did not like was working with Jarrod the finance guy I thought he was rude and no very personable. The night before we picked up our car I heard how he talked to Dominick and felt that being co-workers there should have been a little more respect especially in front of customers. The day we signed for our car he tried to sale us additional packages basically implying without these we would be sunk if anything happened to the new car we had just purchased from you. When we declined he printed we declined that underline it and made us sign it, which made me feel like an admonished child in kindergarten. My husband asked him if he liked what he was doing and he flat out told us no. So maybe you need to teach Jarrod a little customer service. So yes I would recommend your dealership to anyone Dominick worked hard and even made sure that the car was detailed very spotless for pick-up. It looked awesome. Searched and looked all over the tri county and Ohio area for a great end of the year deal on a 2010 Ford Edge. George was only 1 of four dealers who kept in touch with me via internet. On a chance we stopped in to meet george and see if they wanted to sell a car. Ended up buying the one we wanted on a Saturday only to find out on the following Tuesday, the car was already sold off another dealers lot. The people at Kenny Ross realy went the extra mile to help us out. The sales mamager Dave worked with my wife and I for hours searching the inventory from dealers all over the East. It was not easy and it was very stressfull, but Dave was the right guy for the job. Everyone remained calm we worked toggether to locate an Edge in Harrisburgh, PA. They picked it up (no extra charge), cleaned it up and sold it to use last week. This Edge was a few hundred more than the one we origionally purchased, so they sold it to us at the same price as the first Edge. They also discounted the undercoating and paint treatment, the extended warenty and some additional items we still want for the Edge. It goes back next week for it's little issues we have discovered, let hope they will provide the same great service as they ddid with the sale. We were supprised, they did what s good sales staff should do, fix the problem and make the customer happy without ripping them off. Maybe that's why Ford never took the goverment money - good product and good people. We were glad to purchase on 9/11 from Ford and re-support the american workers and companies. We will never forget! Give them a try, just be smart about it. More
