This was our first visit to Kenny Ross Ford. The general manager greeted us when we came in. He took us out on the lot so we could see the 2011 Escapes. He opened two up so we could enter and exit the veh manager greeted us when we came in. He took us out on the lot so we could see the 2011 Escapes. He opened two up so we could enter and exit the vehicles so we could see if we liked the step option. He then arranged for a test ride. Rocky Bodzer was our salesman. He was very friendly, very knowledgeable and very detail-oriented. He made sure he understood what we wanted. He fully described the car features and options. We went over all the numbers and decided our original choice was a little too high. He then went back on the lot and found an Escape that we also liked that was in our price range. We then went through the numbers again and we came up with a deal that we liked. He then took us over to the finance manager who was very friendly and very thorough. After we were done there, the general manager spoke with us again and thanked us for our purchase. After that Rocky took us out to our new Escape and showed us how to sync our phone with the car. He covered all the details and it was all quite impressive. He thanked us for our purchase and let us know that he would be available if we had any future questions. The whole experience was very nice and everybody we met was very friendly and very professional. More
